Are you looking for the time of your life? ESEG is the answer! This Erasmus and exchange students association is formed by an enthusiastic group of volunteers supporting thousands of foreign exchange students across different universities in Milano.
Starting life in a new country and speaking a different language is a challenging experience for everyone and that's why we are here to help. ESEG members use their enthusiasm, knowledge and personal experience from their study abroad programs to make your exchange experience in Milano as easy and enjoyable as possible.
ESEG is designed to promote cultural integration between foreign and local students. The goal of our association is to make every student feel welcome upon their arrival in Milano, help them adapt quickly into their host university as well as solve any problems. Furthermore ESEG aims to provide as many opportunities academically, socially and personally which is successfully achieved through activities organized by the friendly staff members.
How do we help? From the welcome day to special services, organized trips, sporting events and weekly parties, ESEG provides the greatest opportunity to achieve the best outcome for your exchange period.
We work together with international students relating to different services. The latest and most successful activity is Language Sharing, a peer to peer learning program based on the opportunity to meet students from different backgrounds and learn and teach other languages. Additionally, the housing service offers students help in finding the perfect apartment and the tutoring service allows students to ask questions and provides solutions to problems relating to housing and academic issues.
ESEG organizes cost effective day/weekend trips to different cities around Italy which is a great opportunity to meet new people and become immersed in the Italian culture and history. Also you can participate and enjoy the fun of our weekly sporting events.
You're here for fun too right? Once the sun goes down and the books are closed, it's time to party! What better way to spend your evenings than dancing and socializing the night away in the most popular clubs in Milano! ESEG parties are organized weekly, with special deals for international students. Watch out you could be famous! All the fun and memories are captured regularly so check out your photos on the famous ESEG gallery.

Dear Student,
We welcome you to our university! You are probably already familiar with ESN. If not, here we are! Erasmus Student Network is a pan-European student association which supports and develops student exchange and mobility. It involves other 25 local sections around Italy, and you will soon get to know ours, at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
Thinking of studying abroad and enriching your life? ESN is your partner, as stated above we will give you a hand in finding your way in your new "home" city!
First of all, we would like to introduce ourselves. We are a group of volunteers and close friends with different skills and interests but with a common aim: to make your stay in Milan as pleasant, useful and amazing as possible. And we try to achieve it through a number of activities.
At the beginning of each semester we organize a welcome meeting to let you know us and let you get acquainted with the university. We work together with the international relations office at our university to find you housing and to help you with orientation and course selection. We are also available to help you learn Italian through "language exchange", that will pair you with a local student.
Yet life in ESN isn't all work, and after the lessons it can be a lot of fun. We organize cultural day-trips to surrounding towns and exhibits, and sometimes we get away for the whole week-end. We play friendly soccer matches every week or so, and can put you in contact with teams of other kind of sports in which you might be interested.
And, last but not least, the parties! There are international nights at local bars and discos, and beyond these we also organize ESN parties on a fairly regular basis.
